JD7’s Next Level Travel Team provides elite-level skill building and coaching for athletes who are dedicated to the sport and looking for success while playing in highly competitive leagues and tournaments.
Rooted in JD7’s philosophies - that strong fundamental skills build a foundation for success in basketball that spans all teams - our Next Level coaches are commited to developing well-rounded athletes through a structured, fundamentals-first approach, that helps athletes develop the instincts and confidence they’ll need to succeed on elite-level teams and in life.
Under the guidance of JD7 Director, Jessica Duleba, who brings a wealth of international playing and coaching experience. Next Level emphasizes elite level skill mastery, game intelligence, and mental resilience. Whether preparing to compete in national showcases or looking for visibility in college recruitment circles, players receive personalized coaching that builds confidence and adaptability, ensuring they are prepared for future transitions in their basketball journeys.

With basic fundamentals already mastered, Next Level emphasizes building game intelligence and mental resilience to compete and win in highly competitive tournaments against other elite players. Experienced, Dedicated Coaches
Under the guidance of JD7 Director, Jessica Duleba, with coaching experience on the Nike EYBL/EYCL circuit, internationally and more, Next Level coaches broaden athletes skill sets with the introduction of European influenced drills, offenses and systems featuring lots of ball movement and an increased pace of the game that fosters quick thinking. The development of more intuitive play allows athletes to make high IQ decisions and develop not only the skills, but confidence, and mental resilience needed to be successful in highly competitive circuits.

With a large network and years of experience in all levels of college and professional basketball, Next Level provides unparallelled visibility in college and professional team recruiting circles. Our coaches dedicate significant time to watching trends, evaluating circuits, and choosing tournaments based on where athletes will find the most success in their college recruitment. With an emphasis on JD7 philosophies - recruiters can trust that our athletes are prepared to showcase not only elite-level skills but also attitudes.
